How do you reach Whisperly support?

By email, at [email protected]. There’s no contact form and no phone line; one inbox handles everything, from a coin purchase that didn’t arrive to a question about your data. Write in English if you can, and send it from an address you check, because that’s where the reply goes.

Before you write, it’s worth a minute with the checks below. Many problems, especially with microphones, are settings on your own device that you can fix faster than an email can travel.

What details help support answer faster?

The more specific you are, the fewer emails it takes to sort out. These details help most:

  • What happened, in a sentence or two, and what you expected instead.
  • When it happened, with the date, rough time and your time zone.
  • Your device and browser, for example “iPhone, Safari” or “Windows laptop, Chrome”.
  • Your display name on Whisperly, if you set one.
  • For payments: the amount, how you paid and the receipt or reference number.

Try this first

What should you try before writing?

Most problems fall into three groups. Each one has a quick check that solves it more often than not.

Nobody can hear you

Make sure the browser is allowed to use your microphone for whisperly.cam, close any other app that might be using it, and reload the page. The Whisperly app page has a fuller checklist for phones and laptops.

Matches won’t connect

Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, or move closer to the router. A weak connection is the usual cause, and a different network often fixes it at once.

Something looks broken

Reload the page, then try another browser. If the problem is still there, note what you see and write to us with the details above.

Missing coins or a payment problem?

First check the balance in the wallet; it can take a moment to update after a purchase. If it still looks wrong, email the support address with the date, the amount, how you paid and the receipt. Payments go through payment providers, so your card details are never needed in the email and you shouldn’t send them.

What coins are for, and how they fit with free matches, is explained on the coins and VIP page.

Reporting a person or asking about your data

To report someone, open their profile and choose Report; it works during a chat and after it. Blocking is in the same menu. Habits that help you avoid trouble in the first place are on the safety tips page.

To see, correct or delete the information Whisperly holds about you, email the support address and say which you’d like. The Privacy Policy describes what’s collected and why.

Before you go

Quite a few questions that reach the inbox are already answered in the Whisperly FAQ, which takes a couple of minutes to skim. And if you just wanted to see who’s around tonight, go back to Whisperly and start a match.
