Whisperly Terms of Service
Using whisperly.cam means agreeing to what’s on this page. We’ve kept it as short and plain as a legal page can be. By opening a match, sending a message or buying coins you agree to them; if you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. Questions go to [email protected].

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. You must also be allowed to use a service like this under the laws that apply to you. One person, one session or account: don’t share yours, and don’t use Whisperly for someone else.
Whisperly matches you at random with one other person for a voice, text or video conversation; you choose the mode on the match screen. You can also browse a list of people who are online, follow people, send messages, start a video call from someone’s profile and watch live rooms. Features can change, and some may not be available everywhere or at all times.
Matches are random. We don’t promise how quickly a match will be found, who it will be, or how long anyone will stay.
Whisperly is free to start. New users receive free matches, and rewards with more of them appear on the site from time to time. A notice appears in a voice or video call before billing begins, and a call that continues after it uses coins according to its length. Some other features also use coins, which you can buy in the wallet. An optional VIP membership is also offered; what it includes is shown in the wallet at the time you buy it.
Coins exist only inside Whisperly. They have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for money or transferred to another person. We decide the size and timing of free matches and rewards, and these can change. Purchases are handled by payment providers under their own terms; if a purchase goes wrong, write to [email protected] with the details and we’ll look into it.
You keep the rights to what you say, type and upload. You give Whisperly permission to carry, store and display it as needed to run the service, for example to deliver a message or show your profile picture. You are responsible for what you share, and you must have the right to share it.
You can report or block someone from their profile. When we receive reports or otherwise learn that the rules have been broken, we may warn, restrict, suspend or close the session or account involved, remove content, and keep the information we need to deal with it. Serious matters may be passed to the police.
The service comes as it is, without warranties. We work to keep it running but can’t promise it will always be available, free of errors or suitable for any particular purpose. Other users are not our employees, and we are not responsible for what they say or do.
To the extent the law allows, Whisperly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using Whisperly whenever you like and ask for your data to be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. We may stop offering the service, or your access to it, if you break these terms or if we have to for legal reasons.
We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page with its date at the top. If you keep using Whisperly after a change, you accept the new version.
