Whisperly Policies at a Glance

This page sums up the rules and promises behind Whisperly in a few minutes of reading. The full documents are the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service; if this summary and those documents ever disagree, the full documents win.

1. The documents

  • Privacy Policy: what information Whisperly handles, why, who helps run the service and how to ask for deletion.
  • Terms of Service: who can use the site, how people are expected to behave, how coins work and what happens when rules are broken.

2. Data in one paragraph

A guest session is created on your first visit so that matches can work. Messages are stored so both people can read the conversation, voice and video travel through the service so calls can connect. Coin purchases are processed by payment providers; we keep the record, not your card number. Personal information isn’t sold.

3. Conduct in one paragraph

Be decent to the person on the other end. No harassment, no scams or requests for money, nothing sexual involving minors, no unwanted sexual content, and no recording people without permission. You can block or report anyone from their profile, and accounts that break the rules can be restricted or closed.

4. Money in one paragraph

Whisperly is free to start: new users get free matches and rewards with more of them turn up from time to time. Calls use coins by their length once billing starts, with a notice in the call first, and VIP is optional. Coins have no cash value and can’t be transferred. Prices and your balance are always shown in the wallet.

5. Who it’s for

People aged 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live, if higher) who want to talk to strangers, mostly by voice or text.

6. Getting in touch

For privacy requests, payment questions or anything else, write to [email protected]. The contact page lists what to include so we can help faster.
